What is a Best telescopic ladder?
Everyone knows a conventional ladder, it has a fixed size and is relatively unwieldy when it comes to transportation. Larger models in particular are very difficult to transport. With a telescopic ladder, however, the transportation of a 3-4 meter ladder is not a problem. The ladder itself is pushed together and can be pulled apart if necessary. So that the ladder does not extend unintentionally during transport, it is fixed with a Velcro strip. The links cannot now be pulled up.
Advantages of a telescopic ladder
The advantage is obvious: the ladder takes up much less space. A 3.80 meter telescopic ladder can be pushed together to a good 79 cm and finds space in almost every trunk. While a normal ladder often has to be transported in a complicated manner on the car roof or by folding down the rear seat, the telescopic ladder can be placed in the trunk or on the back seat. A bag is included with most models for transport, it has handles and can be carried comfortably.
A pull-out ladder has the advantage that it can always be pulled apart up to the maximum length. If you need a ladder that is only 2 meters long, only as many elements are pulled out until you have reached the desired length.
Push the pull-out ladder together
You have to be careful when pushing the ladder together, here you have to use both hands to unlock it, you can now push it in element by element. The unlocking can be released on both sides with both hands. The ladder then automatically folds down one link.
There is a possibility of getting your fingers / slopes trapped. The weight of the ladder is not negligible and can lead to serious injuries. Watch out and keep your eyes open. Care is taken with the rungs that they have non-slip coatings.
Small dampers should be installed between the rungs, this prevents the rungs from directly colliding and being busy. A plastic disc is used here as a damper.

- What are the dimensions of the ladder pushed together

- How high is the first rung from the floor?
Generally speaking, the longer the ladder, the heavier it is and the larger it is when pushed together. The first rung should not be too far from the ground, otherwise it is difficult to climb the ladder. The ladders are made of aluminum, which makes them relatively light and can still withstand some loads. Most of the models are ladders, which means you have to lean against them somewhere. The feet are firmly on the floor.
Field of application of the telescopic ladder
The ladder can be used in the garden ( e.g. for screwing on an LED spotlight with a motion detector ), at home or on the construction site (e.g. for working with the high-pressure cleaner ) . Many models have a load capacity of 150 kg per rung. The area of application is therefore also defined by the length and the load capacity. In the household it is a space-saving tool, can be taken out if required and can be extended to its full length in less than a minute.
Small models usually weigh around 9-10 kg, with a length of approx. 3.20 meters. Larger telescopic ladders with a length of 3.80 meters usually weigh 11-12 KG.
